2020 — We first began our mission of empowering women to push toward the “H.E.R.” within themselves — becoming Healed, Empowered, and Restored through guidance, support, education, and opportunity. What started as a vision to uplift women in transition has continued to grow into a movement focused on confidence, purpose, and lasting transformation.

2024 — Officially launched our mission to empower women by providing resources, mentorship, education, and opportunities that inspire growth, confidence, and success.

2026 — Founded B. Ready 4 Business Network Inc. with a vision to equip women with the tools, confidence, and support needed to thrive in life, business, and caree

B Ready 4 Business (BR4B) is a faith-centered women’s empowerment and readiness network created to help women heal, grow, and step confidently into purpose, leadership, and economic independence.

BR4B was founded on the belief that preparation changes everything. Many women carry vision, talent, and calling—but lack access to the resources, guidance, and support needed to move forward. BR4B exists to close that gap by equipping women with the mindset, skills, faith, and tools required to thrive personally, professionally, and entrepreneurially.

Our organization serves women at various stages of life who are ready for transformation—whether they are rebuilding after setbacks, transitioning careers, launching businesses, rediscovering purpose, or seeking clarity and confidence for what’s next.
We meet women where they are and walk with them as they become who they are called to be.

Founder and CEO

Sabrina Ready-Payton is the Founder & CEO of B.Ready 4 Business Network Inc., a women-focused organization dedicated to empowering women through education, workforce readiness, entrepreneurship support, and personal development. With a strong passion for helping women rediscover their confidence and purpose, Sabrina has committed her platform to creating opportunities that inspire growth, healing, leadership, and success.

Combining professional experience in healthcare administration, medical billing and coding, mentorship, and grant writing with a heart for community impact, Sabrina leads with compassion, vision, and determination. Her mission is rooted in helping women overcome barriers, rebuild confidence, and become equipped for both personal and professional success.

Through B.Ready 4 Business Network Inc., Sabrina works to provide resources, training programs, mentorship opportunities, and supportive environments that encourage women to grow, lead, and thrive. Her leadership reflects resilience, faith, empowerment, and a deep commitment to strengthening women, families, and communities.

With a strong belief in resilience, education, mentorship, and support, Danyetta is dedicated to empowering women through guidance, workforce development, and access to educational and training opportunities that inspire long-term success.
